Known as "Beth" to her friends, she grew up in McMinnville and Newberg, Oregon, and developed a strong work ethic from her first job at Burgerville at the age of 14. This early experience taught her the value of dependability, a trait she carries into her professional life.

Beth began her career in long-term care in 2002, inspired by her grandmother and a deep love for the elderly. She is passionate about advocating for those who cannot advocate for themselves, a commitment that is evident in her compassionate leadership at Fircrest.

Beth is grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of many.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys reading, visiting the beach, camping with her grandchildren, and cherishes the timeless charm of Mary Poppins.
